That’s a top list of good quality foods that keep you satisfies hunger and the sweet tooth .. the best thing I can see is you can be become inventive and use all of those in a combination or just simply blend them to create a cheat healthy cheat meal that looks and tastes like a dessert.

Thanks for these great tips. I am always getting caught without having any healthy food options available and having to eat what is to hand which is generally not very good. I will definitely try these snacks out and try to be more organized.
