For whatever reason not everybody has the time or inclination to train in the gym but this shouldn´t mean you can´t stay in shape or transform your body. However to do this we need some good cardio workouts at home that don´t require expensive equipment or machines.
This is where NO-Equipment Bodyweight Circuits come in because they will allow you to burn Fat ANYTIME and ANYWHERE but without having to do hours and hours of boring cardio routines. In fact with just a few minutes every day you can do a super intense workout that will boost up your metabolism and get you burning fat all day.

Let´s be honest if you are a busy mum or dad or maybe somebody who works at home or travels a lot then most days there just isn´t time to fit in exercise especially having to make a trip to the gym or going down the local park. Between work, family, errands and other unexpected events cropping up finding the time to fit in some form of workout can be almost impossible.
This is a very frustrating situation because you know you really want to do some exercise but life keeps getting in the way and all the while you feel like your gaining weight, getting sluggish and losing motivation.
Is your busy life stopping you from getting lean and staying healthy?
I see this scenario over and over again and is why I recommend using bodyweight cardio workouts to stay on track and keep your body in top shape. As cardio workouts for home, the park or even in a hotel room they are perfect because they don´t need any equipment, can be done in the tiniest of spaces and only need to do be performed for short period of time. This means you know that even with the limited time you have you are getting a quality workout that will help you burn fat as fast as if you were doing interval training on a treadmill in the gym.
Therefore if you want to start getting your body and fitness back on track while juggling all the other commitments in your life then I recommend getting a copy of the Turbulence Training Bodyweight Cardio Series
This is a body weight based cardio workout program that you can do anywhere, anytime which will have you burning fat and sculpting your body in no time at all. I know because I have used this program on myself and with clients and always had great results. In fact when work and life get really busy especially just before the summer I still use these workouts to keep me looking good for the beach.

Remember if you want to stay lean or consistently lose weight then a critical element to you achieving this is too finding a program or plan that works around your schedule. With flexibility of Turbulence Training Bodyweight Cardio 3 this is now possible making it one less thing to worry about and giving you an easier and higher quality lifestyle.
In fact to give you an idea of what to expect here is a video of a similar bodyweight cardio workout from the program author Craig Ballantyne.
As you can see these are pretty intense and although some of you may be thinking they don´t look much I guarantee doing a just 2 or 3 of these circuits will have your heart pounding and the sweat dripping which is the exactly how you want to be if you want to burn fat quickly.
In fact I would argue that these types of cardio workouts at home can be even more effective than regular cardio workouts done on a treadmill or bike.
This is because with bodyweight training you get the two benefits of burning fat through higher intensity workouts and while developing more lean muscle due to the resistance element of working against your body weight. Doing this will give you a far more leaner and firmer body than if you were just doing regular cardio on its own.
If you’re still not sure if this form of training is for you then here is a quick cardio workout to do at home that you can do today and get your fitness plan into action.
Do all these exercises for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest between each one. After you finish the circuit rest for 1 minute and repeat at least twice more.
Jumping Jacks
Forward lunge
Press ups
Squats
Burpees
Running on the Spot with high knees
Plank
This workout is pretty basic when it comes to body weight training but still highly effective. Therefore can you imagine the results you can get when using the more varied and challenging routines found in the TT home bodyweight training program.
Of course for the best results you need to be following the right diet so for everyone who picks up a copy of the TT Bodyweight Cardio program from this page I will send them my 50 page summer body diet plan which combined with this program will guarantee results you will not believe. All you have to do is send me a mail to this address info@energiafitness.com with your receipt details and I will get a copy out too you as quickly as possible with possible some other little treats you may find useful.
Remember even though life can be crazy is doesn´t mean your health and fitness has to take a backward step. Just start using these cardio workouts at home and get results your gym going buddies will not believe.

Doing anything is good but you identify correctly that metabolic resistance training is the best to lose fat and create a great looking shape.
It took me awhile to discover it more trial and error but the circuits you describe is really the most effective ( and fun) way to get fit.

Howard,
I also prefer intense workouts because they maximize efficiency. Turbulence Training provides a great high intensity workout program for beginners.
Looking forward to the match up against Spurs tomorrow!

Great circuits to burn fat. High intensity routines like these that utilize weights are the best of all worlds…add a little muscle, burn fat, and improve cardiovascular conditioning.
Howard,
I was in Marbella last summer, luck you! It truely is beautiful.
Turbulence Training is amazing. I have completed a few of these circuits here and there, but want to try them for a sustained period to check out the results. I know they will be good though.
I am with you on the Squats, Dead Lifts etc…. I am trying to teach my wife these techniques because she wants to get lean, but her perception is that they will make her bigger! Great post.
Cheers,
Joran
Hi Jordan
I have tested these workouts with friends and PT clients and I know they work really well. When you add in few interval workouts and maybe some steady state cardio the results can be really impressive.
Thanks for your comment and if you ever make it to Marbella again please come and say hello
Cheers
Howard
